I really like your concept map, Malik. I use them a lot as they help me pull my thoughts together when I am trying to make sense of complex topics or design a course or lesson. I was pleased to see that your role was a very diverse one. A creator of activities as well as a deliverer of content. Understanding the need for learners to make sense of that content in their own way recognises the diverse and individual nature of our students. They are not all the same and they all learn differently. Your map would be a useful guide to someone just starting out in teaching as it acknowledges the interactions between all the key components of the teacher's role. I would be interested to hear your thoughts on the phrase "meaningful learning".
